The New York Chapter of NYSSPE is thrilled to announce a special event on Wednesday, May 21. We are honored to welcome Mark Roche, PE, C&D Deputy Chief Development Officer of MTA, as our guest speaker. The presentation is titled ” Transforming the LIRR Penn Station Concourse”.
