The New York Chapter of NYSSPE is thrilled to announce a special event on Wednesday, April 30. We are honored to welcome Eric Macfarlane, PE, First Deputy Commissionerof the New York City Department of Design and Construction, as our guest speaker. The presentation is titled ”Fixing a Leak Without Digging a Hole: Rehabilitation of an Interceptor Beneath the Heart of New York City, Wall Street Financial District”.
